Over your first 90 days, we focus on:

  • a customized workout plan built for your body, schedule, and goals

  • simple, practical eating guidance to support fat loss

  • ongoing adjustments based on your progress

  • accountability so you actually follow through

This initial 90-day period is designed to give you enough time to see meaningful, sustainable results — not quick fixes.

After the first 90 days, most clients choose to continue on a month-to-month basis to keep progressing and maintain results.

To get started, there is a 90-day commitment.

Option 1:
$397 per month (3-month minimum)

Option 2:
$1,125 paid in full

This upfront commitment helps ensure consistency, accountability, and real results. Most clients choose this option because it helps them fully commit and stay consistent over the full 90 days, which is where the best results happen.

Meet your Coach

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience helping women (re)build strength, muscle, and confidence at every stage of life. Like many of my clients, I noticed firsthand in my mid-30s how changes in energy, recovery, and body composition can feel frustrating and discouraging.

That’s why I specialize in creating practical, personalized programs for women 35+ that focus on what matters most: building muscle mass, protecting bone density, and restoring the strength and vitality that often decline during midlife hormonal changes (like perimenopause and menopause). My role is simple: take the confusion and intimidation out of strength training so you can feel strong, energized, and truly at home in your body again.
